Classroom Reservation Request

This form is for requesting use of one of the three New Media Center-maintained classrooms. Filling out this form is NOT a guarantee of a reservation. Your request will be confirmed through email or by phone within 5 working days. Requests should be made as far in advance as possible. Use of room 1120 is limited to six times per semester, 3060 and 3080 are limited to three times a semester. Anyone needing a room more than the allotted 3 or 6 times should contact the University Registrar.

The New Media Center does NOT provide instructors. If you would like to make special arrangements through Educational Technologies, contact Ed Schwartz.

* Availability of these three classrooms is extremely limited during summer sessions. Those needing a room should consider resevering alternate classrooms, such as the Library Classrooms, whose reservation form can be found here.

* Requests requiring installation of software or sample files will need at least five working days to setup.
